Have a lien on a house in New York for $32,000, and the people have not paid a cent in two years?

any one have any advice what to do ? tried contacting them no answer, should I sell the lein for less mony owed? any budy know any one that would buy?

having a lien on a house does not mean you will get regular payments.  most likely you filed the lien because you weren't getting paid.  what the lien does is when they sell you have a claim against the house that should be paid off before or when the house sells

until they sell  or refinance it you probably won't collect. Just make sure the lien stays current with the courts.
