That's a Siberian Tiger.  They can weigh in at 800 lbs.  This one looks just a little overweight due to it's captivity.

Wild animals, including this Tiger, belong in the wild, and only in the wild, and left unmolested by man.  But, that will probably never happen.  Before man really learns to "live" with nature, he will have destroyed himself by then, due to his total disregard for the environment and his predilection for overpopulating this planet.

However, I also noticed that the ground he's on is higher than the ground the girl is on, so he's not as tall as he appears.
