  1. You already have a no contact order, so a restraining order wouldn't solve the myspace problem. Make your MySpace private and don't accept your brother or anyone you don't know as a friend.

Do you have a social worker you can talk to about this problem?

  2. Is it mandatory for you to go home? Report him and whoever is there that's suppose to be a caregiver, but not doing anything to intervene. Do anyone know you're being a punching bag?  If it continues after you have let your request be known and you feel safer at the group home...stay where you feel safe. Be Encourage!!!

  3. You can just block him from your myspace, but you should try to resolve whatever the issues are between the two of you.

  4. If you have a no contact order, he is contacting you. You need to let the police know and be able to show them on your computer. He isn't allowed to be in contact in any way, mail, phone, email, nothing. So he has already violated it.
