Have a pop up ad for anti virus . Ran spy bot but didn't get rid of it. Please..any suggestions? I need help?

Sometimes running just one program isn't enough to get rid of everything.  Although Threatfire is a fanastic program (which I highly recommend you get) it won't do the job.  That's a before threat to prevent, not a remover.  What you need is this guide:
