Have a pop up trojan cant get it to go ?

ive downloaded so many things to get rid of it nothing works . any computer whizzes out there can solve my problem for me please

If ever you have a difficult to remove virus or trojan try the following. Turn off system restore, turn on system restore and this will flush this part of memory. Do a full scan in safe mode. It would be helpful if you could be more specific as to what's happening.

Do you have anti-virus software installed? If so, run a scan.

Do a search for "AVG antivirus" and install the free version. Run it and have it fix any problems it finds, if it can.

Download and install "adaware" and "spybot: search and destroy." Have one, then the other, run a scan and remove any malware they find...

Worst case scenario is that you'll need to reinstall your OS. Backup your files first.

( free.avg.com/ww.download-avg-anti-virus-... )  Put this in your browser download it for free. It will destroy any virus. Downloading spybot or adware can slow your computer down alot.
