machine, then I was able to connect. Then after week the machine floods the kitchen, the problem seems to be from the new pipework the first plumber installed, then the next plumber who fixed it says it was the way which the pipe work was installed and nothing to do with me connecting the machine.

So everything was meant to be fixed, then another problem with the washing machine arises it overheats, then I'm told that it has a defective thermostat and beyond repair.

Can I make a claim against the shop where I brought it for damages and can I make a claim against the 2 plumbers as well?

whose at fall if all?

  1. you don't say wether it is new or a used washer if it is new then it should be still under warranty

  2. Try spell check next time.  New or used?  Do you own or rent?

Any damage to the home?  What damages do you want to make a claim for?  Next time slow down  and think before you type.

  3. Since the machine is defective, I suggest you get it replaced by the shop and demand that they pay for the new one to be (properly) installed by a (proper) plumber

Since 2 plumbers are involved, chances are they will blame each other (and you for doing your own fixing).. even if one admits it was his work that leaked, all that will happen is, he will come and "fix it" for you .. and after it leaks again, he will 'fix it' again ...
