Have a question about downloading personal pictures on 360?

Question

360 gives you the option to download 4 pictures.

I have my Avatar as the Primary Picture.

I have 2 pictures that downloaded fine, but it will not let me download a 3rd. It shows a Blank Box with a red x in the upper right hand corner even though a 4th picture has not been downloaded.

Therefore, it will not let me download a 4 picture - If I go to "Edit my Pictures", there is an option to download the 4th picture, but I get nothing on any picture I try to download - and the picture(s) on my computer that I attempt to download are not too big.

Can you please click on my 360 and see what I am talking about and offer assistance.

We lost that 4th image around 8 months ago when the presented Mash to us to use..

If up till now have had that fourth image to use.. your are extremely lucky with a four leaf clover kind of luck!

correct, forth is reserved for avatar, remove one photo and connect avatar if needed, there may also be technical difficulties, with all of system, with constants changes,
