Have a question for the A.V.I.D program for school?

I'v been hearing that a.v.i.d is for the lower grade level kids. And I have a strait A 4.0 gpa and got accepted to it. So is it for the slower kids and just not do it do it or am just being stupid and take the class.

the a.v.i.d. is just like helping you with organization skills, study habits and stuff like that. you also get to look at some of the colleges. by going to avid i guess means you're planning to go to college.

not really. it might just be a rumor. i have a friend that has a.v.i.d and she says that it is to help you get ready for college early so that when you are a junior in high school you arent running around like a dead chicken. which means that you are already getting prepared early. good luck!
