Have a toad can i put a aloe or a bamboo plant in.........?

ok so i own 2 bamboo plants and to aloe vera plants can i put one in mt toads aquaium and sence im ask about this ill ask one more thing what all can i do with aloe vera plant like i heard you can eat them but wasnt sure i now you can put it on burns and minor cuts any other tips........

I wouldn't eat an aloe vera plant in your toads aquarium....
