Based on a quick search, that is an ancient machine and using it will be tricky and the manual is unlikely to be on line in electronic form.

trindl.com is captured by a links site and is useless

Are you sure it is an arc welder? Trindl made pipe thawers (pumped electric current through frozen water lines to unfreeze them) that looked like an arc welder.   Think they are out of business but their units were called "Therm-O-Tron"
