  1. First off, don't be nervous. You should wear something dressy, yet casual. Khaki's and a polo for a guy, and something just as casual for a girl. The shoe department is a very busy department to work in. The shoe associates are constantly straightening and putting out new displays. It is an easy job once you learn the concept of how everything is organized. As far as the interview, think of what YOU will bring to the company, not that you are just looking for a job or wanting extra money on the side. You will be asked some basic questions about "times your integrity may have been comprimised and what you did about it," or how you value your work ethics and how well you can get along with a team. The key to remember is that it is an interview for employment at Sears, not the FBI. There are no "smoke and mirrors." They will put forth everything that is to be expected of you if you take the position. The interview itself is just to see how you look and to make sure you have conversational skills. I hope this helps!
