I have had an iud for approx. 2 years ever since i got it i do not get my period. but lately i have not been trusting the iud (gut feeling) and i have also been getting some pregnancy symptoms: tingling and tightening on my right lower ab, when i take off my bra i notice white crumbs ( hard to explain) it seems like when i squeeze it comes from my nipples usually left boob also itchy (sorry tmi), stomach tender to touch (not everyday), headaches, face breakout, and more urinating. I took a hpt but it came out negative. i have a dr appointment but in the meantime i would like some input. I was gonna get my iud taken out because we were gonna ttc.

  1. It's possible but a very low possibility.    I'd definitely talk to your doctor about your symptoms, just in case.    Also, IUDs don't actually surpress ovulation (hence how it's possible to get pregnant while using the IUD).   So you may be having ovulation symptoms.    I know that when I had my IUD I knew when I was ovulating because I could track my symptoms (eg tender b*****s, cramping) but I didn't always bleed.

    Good luck TTC.
