  1. I'm sure some girls have had problems working with women aged 40 and over, but usually women can figure out how to work with other women, aged 40 or of any age.

  2. My absolute favourite coworker is 63, I think.  She's fantastic.  She's the best person to go to with questions because she's had this job so long, and she is so level-headed and nice.  My problem is that she wants to retire soon, and then I won't be able to call her up and ask her questions 10 times a day without it being rude.

  3. They take too much time off, or they are headed for menopause and they are nasty as h**l. BTW I am 41, and I like to live life to it's fullest and not worry about the small problems associated with making a few mistakes. I am more than willing to correct them, but to have someone in my face yelling at me is not going to make it happen any sooner. I just don't get the point. All they have to do is say "Can you correct this please." Honestly, some supervisors have no restraint.

  4. They are usually jealous of younger women.

  5. My commander is hellbent and determined to punish me for having the audacity to watch "Conair" in a room with males.

This is, to me, a problem.
