Hello, please don't crucify me for considering taking diet pills.I just want to shift a stone / stone and a half.I am embarking on an exercise and healthy eating plan but I am trying to run and feel heavy. I am hoping to run a half marathon later in the year.I think the weight loss and extra energy will really help to kickstart my plan but I am struggling at the moment as I feel heavy when I run.Can anybody give me any info please? Or any other suggestions??Hope you can help. Thanks in adance
