Hello, please don't crucify me for considering taking diet pills.

I just want to shift a stone / stone and a half.

I am embarking on an exercise and healthy eating plan but I am trying to run and feel heavy. I am hoping to run a half marathon later in the year.

I think the weight loss and extra energy will really help to kickstart my plan but I am struggling at the moment as I feel heavy when I run.

Can anybody give me any info please? Or any other suggestions??

Hope you can help. Thanks in adance

  1. You're in the right category love. If you take these believe me you will need to run because that's exactly what you'll have' Go to weight watchers love it's great you'll loose 4-8lb your first week and anything between 2-4 every week thereafter. Good luck with the marathon make sure you get plenty sponsors for a good cause.

  2. I havfent tried slimming pills, and am not a woman so am ignoring your question completely here!

Well done for deciding to run a half marathon - note I said "Run" and not "just get round the course", a year is plenty of time to train to do it and do it in a good time

Weight loss should be a slow process and a year of running a couple of times a week will do wonders for your health - far more than tablets will. Every 2 1/2 to 3 hours running will burn off about 1lb of weight, say you do that every 3 weeks (2 half hour sessions a week?), in a year you will have lost about 18lbs without doing anything extra apart from one hour running a week.

Some tips to feel better while you ar running could be to go with a friend - the chatting will make you ignore the running heavy feel

Run some sessions a bit slower than normal, and some a bit faster but for a shorter distance

    Vary your run route

Try entering a shorter race in the near future - perhaps a 5km run "Race for Life" type, and then a couple of months after a 10km race - to give you an short term focus to aim for

And have fun with the running

  3. Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.

Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace.com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings.

Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.
