I've always wanted to get a 6 pack set of abs. Little by little I've been working at it. I cut out a major amount of junk food and fatty stuff out of my diet. Besides pasta and some bread I dont take in alot of carbs. I Cut out the major intake of red meat and stick to chicken pretty strict now a days. BUt the thing that I have the mot trouble on is the right exercises. I hear crunches are bad for you then that you have to do like a million a day to get those abs. I want to have those Brad Pitt in troy or fight club type abs.Any help on getting those upper and LOWER abs good to go. specially the lower.
