Have any good exercises for getting dancers to stretch their feet and behind the knees?

Well, basically what the question says! I have some great dancers, but they had lazy technique this year and it was frustrating to get the same critiques over and over! I'm starting a special technique class this next year and this is something I want to cover and also cover with ballet and pointe classes.

  1. I do! Ok, for stretching their feet get them to point them really hard and then flex them. Get them to do this for a whole pieco of music for the greatest result. For stretching the back of their knees you should get them to sit down and tough their toes and hold the stretch. If they don't hold the stretch then it won't do anything. Trust me i know this stuff becuse I've been doing ballet since I was 2 and I now go the the American Ballet Company and I'm a Pricipal Dancer.
