Have any of the 8 exit-GATS compensation claimants in the WTO gambling case excluded gambling from their GATS?

Question

I understand that unlike the U.S. (to its peril), a number of countries explicitly excluded gambling from their GATS Schedule of Commitments. Did any of the following WTO Members now claiming compensation from the U.S. in the cross-border Internet gambling dispute with Antigua do so: Australia, Canada, Costa Rica, India, Macao, Japan and the European Communities (EC)? What about China and New Zealand?

Please, no links to complex WTO schedules or docs. Just quick a quick yes or no for each country.

I am from Canada.

If they broke the laws of the country, they should not receive any compensation no matter where they are from.

If the charges were frivulous and nothing could be proved, then there may be a case for compensation for character assination, etc.  Again, this does not matter where they are from.

Participants in this forum seems no knowledge of GATS.

Not only China and New Zealand, but all countries have no right to claim compensations.
