I've been helped by many answers in the parapsychology section. The most helpful answer was from PSI exploration, but there have been quite a few great answers.

Yes it helped me find out who was doing voodoo on me and I made a counterspell so the evil will be rejected to him.

Yes i know they have helped alot of people in understanding paranormal situations they have experienced....

I know alot of people have learnt more about paranormal events and investigating, including myself.....

What i have loved the most, is when i come across other people who have experienced exactly the same thing as me, it kind of gives me joy, that it actually happens, or has happened to others, and im not alone....Ive come across alot of posts that i can really relate to, and think wow, its not that uncommon at all, and its given me a better understanding of a certain situation....One topic i love to look into and reading other peoples experiences with,  is sleep paraylsis, that also gives me a better understanding of what is happening in this state, and comparing notes with other people, seems like there is a same pattern in most paranormal occurences.....

Its always great to compare other peoples experiences with your own, and among themselves, gives us a better understanding.....So by reading other peoples experiences, has helped me understand my own a bit better......And im sure it has for many other people as well.......

its helped me know that i am not alone. that i have ppl i can come here and talk to.. who have done or experienced the same things i have. its given me another community to talk to about the paranormal.
