    Something they did possibly change was the americans publics opinion of the war....and that does effect policy

  10. No, and if you take a good look at any of the anti-war protests you find the same people there that have been  living off of the benefits given them by hard working people. There is far more disrespect,disruption, distance, because of the matter in which they go about their cause.
