Over 87 million Americans sustain injuries every week. Only 53 million of these injuries require medical or hospital attention, the rest can be treated with first aid or at home.

Of the 53 million that DO go to the hospital, only 16 million of these people get their bills paid by their insurance. The rest (37 million Americans) have to manage the bills by themselves.

These were the statistics of only injuries, not including diseases!

Have you been unfairly treated by YOUR insurance company?

Please answer yes or no and please explain.

  1. No, and you do not give enough information.  If you are correct, than almost a third of the United States sustains injuries every week which is really hard to believe and that a sixth of the population require medical or hospital attention per week is even more crazy.

Please come back once you have done actual research and know the facts.  Also, you do not say how much of these injuries were covered by insurance either in part or fully.  Finally, if these stats were correct, than how come we do not have more hospitals and doctors?

  2. You imply that those 37 million were unfairly denied by their insurers.  In fact, a large percentage are uninsured.
