Have any of you ever been pen riders, or feedlot cowboys?

I think feedlot cowboys are a slim minority. Have any of you ever been there? I don`t really know what catagory we fall into. Do you know the name Baxtor Black?

I worked at a feedlot on my horses one summer during high school.  It was a lot of work, but fun.  

Baxter Black is an author and cowboy poet.  Very funny man who bases his work off of real-life experience.

Do you mean "Ranch Hand" with time to kill?  Yes, it was fun when I was young.  There's only so much the human body can take before it wears out & you can no longer do this type of thing!  I don't know who B Black is.
