Sold a set of tires in less than a hour sold other things also. Don't use there email options use yours or leave a contact # good luck...

Definately, especially if you know specifically what you're looking for and check it pretty regularly.  You can find a room rental, car...even boyfriend or girlfriend!  (although that third thing is questionable sometimes but the ads are entertaining)

I've been applying for jobs on craigslist and haven't gotten any response.  Seems like a waste of time.  With no accountability on craigslist, it seems like a really dangerous place to do anything.

You get what you pay for,  you can't expect much, it depends on the area.

Yes, I've sold a bike and a car within days.  I am trying to arrange to buy a desk right now.  It's not perfect but it can be useful for certain things.

yes! I finally figured it out. when you write to those people, use your regular email instead of their email server. I've written to several people and they've actually written back.
