Have any of you had a repeat cerebral angiogram, after having had a StarClose femoral vascular clip installed?

Abbot Labs makes a femoral artery vascular clip (StarClose) for use after cardiac catheterizations. Last year, I had one placed in my right artery. It is time for a repeat angiogram and I am wondering if anyone knows whether the previously-installed clip could interfere with this upcoming procedure. I have looked at Abbott's site, but would appreciate any knowledge or experiences you can share. Thank you!

No it won't interfere.  An angiogram uses radio-opaque dyes and x-ray equipment.  This will not interfere with the test results, especially since it is not in the same region of the body.
