Have anyone ever heard of a website called legitonlinejobs.com. should i pay to start or is it a waste of time

i need to know is it a waste of money before i pay i need advice from anybody who have went through the website. iwant to know if it relly works

There are plenty of online jobs that you can find without having to spend money for a company to give you a list.  The same list that you can get researching on your own.

Try posting a question on Yahoo asking for legitament home based jobs to "apply" for not pay for.  In a detailed message write what your qualifications are for, your experiences etc.  

In the mean time, here's an article on home based jobs that has a couple different companies that you can look at "for free"  You will receive companies listings like these on this article but have to pay for the listing, and then your not guaranteed to even receive the job.  So you then paid money for a listing of companies that hire telecommuters (home based workers), but yet, you didn't receive the job.  So now you've spent money, but don't have a job.  I suggest you do research and look for companies other than paying a company to simply give you a list when you can obtain a list on your own.  Google telecommuting jobs.  The article will also help you weed out the ones that you will find that are scams, or not what they make you out to beleive.  The article I'm suggeting you read do have online jobs as well.  So start there, then if you qualify apply for the position.  Also google telecomute jobs, ask yahoo what I stated above and you will find something to your interests.
