Have anyone heard of "IncrediMail Xe"?

I have installed the programme and then uninstalled it because it kept on saying Failed to the outside server. I also want to know if it ok or if people have problems with it?

I used to use IncrediMail a while back and it's certainly a fun program to use for e-mailing :) The Xe version, the upgraded software package featuring themes, more icons, etc is certainly a good idea if you like e-mailing!

But, the problem you describe sounds like there is a problem with your mail server's rather than the software itself. Unless this error occurs when you attempt to log into the Incredimail site...

You might want to check your POP and SMTP settings and make sure those server names are correct and still valid. This will certainly be the case if you recieved the message when checking or sending e-mails.
