Have anyone tried NLP(Neuro Linguistic Programming ) before?

Can I learn NLP by reading book only?

I see alot training/workshop of NLP, but, I doubt, whether is it just a marketing gimmick or etc?

I am a trainer of NLP and Hypnosis and found this web site, accidentally...its interesting to read how some people define NLP...without
experiencing or knowing it...

Regarding learning it from a book...yes and no.

You can develop basic conceptual understanding by reading how ever words give you less than 10 percent of the actual experience ... NLP is very practical and learned best, like swiming, by experiencing it...
