Have anyone tried the sea salt flush?

Yes, I have tried it. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.  When it does work it really  flushes out and cleanses the colon.  When it doesn't work you have all this water with a bunch of salt in your system which can't be good for your kidneys or your body in general.

Better move is Traditional Medicinals Smooth Move Tea. I personally like it better.
