I have been doing a lot of reading in regards to HGH, and most of them say that HGH taken orally(pill form or spray) is of no use at all, is this true?

I guess what your talking about is this Sytropin stuff or whatever herbal hgh.  If it were as good as they claimed then no one would ever get busted for the real HGH every again because they would be doing the legal stuff.  Please don't waste your time it's ridiculous stuff.

Been taking it for  a few years; get a lot of compliments on my skin, looking younger (don't use creams to speak of; never tired enough to take a nap, etc.  Have a friend who has been taking it for over 10 years and swears by it.  It's hard to tell his age; could vary 20-30 years off.  He claims it really helps his hair shine, has no gray hair, good complexion. very healthy looking.

If you get any negative remarks on it, consider the source.  The AMA, conventional doctors, drug companies, etc.  with tell you that everything that is natural or homeopatic, doesn't work.  Its to their advantage, financially and professionally.
