  1. I am having the same problem, after downloading the update. When you removed the program and reinstalled it, did they try to charge you for re-downloading the program? How do you avoid if so? Also do you lose your tracks you have downloaded? And finally, does reinstalling work for Jukebox Plus? Yahoo Customer Care is not helping.
