When my kids were >1 year old they were spoon fed. They eat by themselves today.

You still want to be spoon fed. It would have been faster for you to find these answers for your self rather than putting the questions here.

How do you know that the answers were correct?  

Learn to find your own answers. It will be good for you. Maybe hard to start but it will get easier.
