Have canon mf5700 says check paper size and only...

Question

as above.Says change paper size. But we only are using a4Exactly the same problem. Powering off doesn't help. Changing paper size doesn't help. Changing tray doesn't help. The machine says there is no print job in memory to be canceled. The computer says there is no print job.
