Have china, crystal & silver flatware in boxes, do you use yours?

I use my flatware all the time, i even cook with it... My crystal... well it's a scotch set... yes... i use it alot.. China... my plates and dishware were made in china, but they barely count so I'll just say i don't own that one.  as far as silver... I wouldn't by silver kitchen or dining anything.

Mine is very old family stuff - and we use it on holidays where the family gets together.  Otherwise it is in the china cabinet and I have 2 corner glassed in display cases.

The silver again only use for holidays.  Kind of a shame but I feel nervous about daily use.  .  some of this is from my Great Great Grand Aunt who was a spinster lol.  She bequeathed it to my grandma and then my mom had it and now me.  NO ONE else ever broke ANYTHING so with 5 children and 14 grandchildren - it can be a bit of a burden - at least we use it some!

The china is a family heirloom so it doesn't get used ....... but the crystal and silver flatware does get used on holidays ...... = )

Nope, sold it all.

I say  use it and enjoy it, or sell it all and let someone else enjoy it.
