Have disabled tax disc no longer get disability want to tax car but cant how can I dothis?

Fill in the relevant section of the Vehicle Registration Document to change the 'Taxation Class'

Complete the form (can't remember the number) for taxing a car

Take or send the VRD and the completed form with a cheque for the amount of tax due, MOT (if appropriate) and Insurance certificate to your local Vehicle Licencing Office (LVLO).

They will give/send you the new tax disc, MOT & Insurance Certificate.  They will also send the VRD to Swansea from where you will be sent a new one for the revised taxation class
