Have done "hard" drugs, still join CIA?

Question

As the name would imply, I have had limited (5 times) experience with "hard" drugs, and 30-45 times with marijuana. Holding a masters degree, having been off the stuff for 5 years (never addicted, never arrested, never caught) would I still be eligible to join the CIA?

Just taking that into consideration, I would say yes. Since there is no proof, and it is looong out of your system by now you should have no problem.
