Assuming your wireless LAN USB adapter is installed properly on your PC, it should see all available wireless networks within range.  Check out the link below for help on how to view the settings and configure your Orange Livebox.  The Livebox may have security settings enabled that you need to enter for the USB adapter on your PC in order to authenticate and thus connect.
