  1. Do not cause a fuss it's not worth it, take it back to the store and go to customer services, explain the problem calmly and you will get a refund.

  2. Take it to the store where you bought it, that will save you having to write a letter.

  3. don't write a letter, if you do they won't think you're serious, go to the same store you bought it from and ask to speak to the manager, complain about health and safety who knows you might get lots of free gifts :D

    suz

  4. First you need to decide what you want them to do about it.  If it was a clean piece of packaging, the most you can hope for is your money back or a new pack of mince, and you can get that by taking it to customer services.

It hasn't caused you any harm - unless you want to claim that the shock of finding it is causing you sleepless nights, so there's little scope for claiming damages.  If you had eaten it, you are unlikely to have suffered any ill effects.

On the other hand, if it was something dangerous or dirty, you should complain to the public health department at your local authority.

  5. take a picture and get it printed, then send it to the head office ( address can be found on website ) stating where u found it and your very unhappy. in meantime take it back to the store and ask to speak to manager

  6. Take the offending articles - meat and plastic back to the store and ask them to get it analysed if they do not offer a refund or replacement.  Are you sure it is not just a bit of the cling film from the packet that you have forgotten to take out?
