Have i acheived success? Or am i being too analytical?

twelve days ago, i bumped into a woman that i did not know. she looked me in the eyes and said, "Sven is an elf living in the Appalachains," then walked away. In retrospect, this woman did look like a sixty-year old version of me and also one of my dreams is to build a time machine. Do you guys think that i've succeeded?

I think that Sven who turned into the elf living in tth eappalachians is the one that got the short end of the stick. And BTW there is a whole school of people out there that say that we already have a time machine and have had one since around 1940..... so in your world,  you would not be the inventor. Sorry to burst your bubble. But look at the bright side, atleast you are not Sven.
