While i was playing soccer some few hours ago, i tripped over another boy who slidetackled me, and catched myself on my wrist. there was little pain there, so i ignored it and continued playing. now, i read that if you can go in a full circle with your wrist that it is fine. well, i can almost do it, but i get pain when i bend it in one certain direction. It is not swollen, which is a good sign, but the pain is pretty intense and it hurts really bad when i put it in that certain direction. Should i get an X-ray to be safe? or just keep ice on it and see how it feels in the morning and go from there? Thanks
