Have i caught this from someone walking around the house with nothing on their feet?

i have 2 like skinning patches on the bottom of my foot, they started off like blisters, but no water in them, then another appeared next to it, etc until it became a patch about the size of a 1p, was quite sore to walk on today and as i am diabetic i went to the docs, and he said they were wart lesions and may have to be frozen to remove them, are these catching, so would i have caught them from someone walking around the house with nothing on their feet, grateful for any answers, thanks

No that's only verruca's and only in the wet.

It's probably been something that's been in your system for a while and finally came out - like cold sores

From what you said about the blisters, it sounds like a foot fungus and the doctor's diagnosis of wart lesions is very strange from what you've told us.

Ask at the chemists. If it only a fungus you need some cream or spray. Definitely no freezing.

If it is a fungus it could easily be caught from other people's feet.
