  1. Stop worrying is my advice.  Everything that you ate is more than healthy, although I would personally have a hard time eating 4 slices of bread at lunch (too much bread in my opinion, but not unhealthy if you want to eat it).

Live your life and stop thinking about calories, all it does is make you stress and watch your body TOO closely.  Stress, however, can have very odd effects on a body and may even make you gain or lose weight.

Keep eating how you're eating, it's nice to see that you have a healthy appetite even though you think so much about your weight!

Good luck, hope this helps :-).

  2. You've had way too much dinner but everything else is fine. Is 4 pieces of bread, a salad, yogurt, plum and clementine really necessary? Don't just eat for the sake of it.

(sorry if i sound harsh but I'm really hungry myself)

  3. today??

You would need to overeat for a considerably longer period then 24 hours to but on weight or be scarred. I think you have an unhealthy relationship with food

  4. Don't be silly. If you'd topped it off with a KFC then gone to Pizza hut, I'd be worried.

You're paying too much attention to your food. Stop it and get on with life, there's much more important things to worry about without causing yourself this stress.

  5. I feel for you, people like you really are not normal when you get so scared about normal things. its annoying, people are not as lucky as you and you take it for granted. Pathetic.

  6. no, but I think you may be going overboard with your healthy eating.  That is a very healthy day...but if you don't ever allow yourself to have something a bit bad for you, then you'll get bored.

Also you seem a little obsessive about it, which is not a good sign.  Its going to take a lot more than just one day of eating slightly more of your healthy diet for you to gain weight.

  7. nope thats fine cause everything is healthy

  8. no its quite a good diet but maybe if you did not have so much bread but substituted it for fruit would be better.bread is one of the biggest sins for putting on weight so 2 slices of bread is enough.

  9. no not at all

maybe cut down the bread a little next time.

    And drink more water!

But besides that you eat healthy with lots of fiber

    and vitamins, thats good.

if it was junk food it would be different.

  10. You have really exaggerated...I think you should consume less and light food for the 2nd day!

  11. No way

    Ive eaten 2 sausage rolls

    3 packets of crisps

    A cheese roll

    potato and leek soup

    a yorkie bar

maccaroni cheese and ive still to have my tea

  12. Of course not, it's all healthy stuff, I thought you were gonna say you'd wolfed down a multipack of mars bars or something. It's low fat, low sugar, high fibre. You've just got to watch you don't become obsessive about it, it's easier to fix the body than the mind ;)

  13. not at all - I wish I could eat less

  14. Sounds like you have eaten rather a lot but it was only one day so you won't put on any weight unless you do it frequently.

You must just have been very hungry. People sometimes get days when they eat more than normal so I think what you've eaten today is a one-off. Atleast what you've eaten is mainly healthy. Hope this helps.

  15. No looks relatively healthy with lots of fruit and veg.

  16. well, yes. you have. but dont be scared, thats like, insanely healthy. you pretty much did a good job with the healthy stuff. its normal for us to  eat alot somedays. if you want to eat, then go with my blessing.

  17. noooo everthing there seems to be healthy

  18. I dont think it sounds like an awful lot to be honest.

4 slices of bread a day might be slightly over doing it even though they are whole meal.

The thing is its not just about how much you eat that will help you maintain a healthy weight its what you eat.

Your diet sounds healthy full of goodness low in fat, high in fruit and veg thats more important than actual quantites.

I think you'll be fine, stop being so worried and relax a little.

You can do a little excercise if you are really worried.

  19. lots of healthy food there!

  20. Well, a little perhaps, it's all healthy though.

There's always tomorrow,  perhaps eat a bit less bread, and maybe a small bowl of porridge made with all milk rather than water (it will keep you full longer).

Save your nuts and seeds for a mid morning snack so you won't be so hungry at lunch time.

    Sounds nice food....

  21. the only way you can judge that is by how you feel, different people need different amounts

  22. no its all really healthy. you have all your food groups and a good variety. dont sweat it...maybe 2 slices of bread would be better than 4
