Have insecurity because of my acne and looks....?

Question

20 years old and never been in a serious relationship and very shy to go up to a good looking girl. I have no balls to do anything....

what do you think?

dude i have had bad acne for about 3 years,

and i have pretty good confidence.

and what i have been finding out a lot lately is that girls don't go for a guy just because he is so smoking hot like us guys do for girls.

they go for personality, so let our personality shine and they will look right past your acne.

you just got to have that attractive personality.

If you are a good and nice person, girls will like you.  Try not to worry about it.  The girls that matter won't mind the acne and the girls that mind the acne don't matter.

There is no quick fix for acne.  Your doctor may recommend some prescription medication.  Keep your face very clean.  Drink plenty of water.  Eat a nutritious diet and get enough sleep.  Try to reduce the stress in your life.  Probably the most useful and effective things you can do are to apply hot compresses to pustules and cysts and never to pick or squeeze pimples.
