Have installed the printer( epsom

Have installed the printer( epsom stylus photo 830u on windows xp) and related software when you send a print it just sits in the job que and won't print.The printer is plugged into a usb port which does work. Any suggestions ?Please e-mail back to cbaxter@plasplugs.comRegardsCheryl
