well sound polite (as you probally would anyway) and talk nicely. People that do would always come across nicer and have a much bigger chance to get the job! Shake hands with the interviever and sit down. Make confersation and act as if you are not too nervous but still want the job more then other people.

Make sure your prepared with questions of your own to ask the employer.  Thats important.
