  1. Get a cat, much better than poison or traps.

  2. Mouse trap and some chocolate.

  3. mouse trap, or put baking soda in some food leave it out, it kinda blows up there insides and you'll be the one picking it up. but i suppose if that's the way it is..

    but yeah mouse trap =p

  4. We used these little humane traps.  You can get them in pet shops, some hardware stores or online.  They're shaped like a see-saw and you put a little bit of peanut butter inside and the mouse jumps in and the door shuts trapping them inside.  In the morning you just empty them out away from the house.  We didn't get them back again, but then we have a cat.....best preventative I think!!!

  5. The mice are entering through a hole in the wall.  There is probably a gap where the gas pipe passes through.  Cut off the gas, remove the fireplace, and plug up the hole.  Steel wool is a good bet, rodents can't chew through it.

Check other places where pipes pass through walls: under sinks, the washing machine, behind gas ovens.  Once your place is plugged up, you're ready to eliminate the mice.

Make sure they have no food sources, like pet bowls or open trash cans.  Then they will be hungry for your bait.  Snap traps are good to use, you'll know you got them.

  6. Buy some blue bait grains, sprinkle with sugar(they love sweet stuff), to attract them, then let the bait do the job.

  7. mouse traps and poisons will be expensive all you need to do is try to close any possible entrances to your home were they could get in and make sure food is put away and any crumbs and removed.

  8. Get a cat.

  9. Don't use mousetraps as they will not help the situation!

The best thing to do is locate where they are coming from and block it off. This way they will move on to somewhere else.

    Good luck!

  10. to get rid of them, you may need to use traps

to keep them out, I use those hi-frequency things you plug in- one in every room to repel mice.

    they work good for me.

  11. Some of the 'humane' traps are so small that the mouse will die of fright once trapped inside.

I used something called the Ratzapper - it was instant death by electrocution - they didn't even get a moment to squeak.  But you do need to be there to tip it out.  If the others see a dead mouse in there, then they are clever enough not to go in it again.

Poison doesn't work and glue traps are very cruel.  I used something called mousekiller, which was vague about how it worked - it did finish the last few off, but I am worried that it might have been a painful death.

  12. Firstly block off the source (where they are coming from). Next if you feel mice may still be in your home store food items and buy a trap. Mine cost £1 from a pound store it traps up to four mice quickly and humanly unlike classic blood splat traps. Once caught you can set them free away from your property. Hope this helped. cya

  13. Get a Ricor sound machine! It will chase them and other pests away! But where will your s go to is the question!

  14. There's a poison called Havoc that works good. It makes them thirsty and go back outdoors in search of water. Once they drink, they die. That way there's less chance of them perishing inside the walls, etc. It won't prevent a re-infestation, but it'll get rid of the ones you have now.

  15. Go to your local hardware store and get some rat and mouse poison. The one I use is called Rattak and comes in the form of corn grains dyed blue, obviosly the poison. It comes with a pet proof container. Does the job for me twice per year. There are many makes of this poison.
