Have most people became too lazy to be active?

Like for example this new 2x Tide.

I know it is far better for the environment because it using 43% less water and 43% less packaging plus it removes stains even better however the 1.47l size bottle doesn't weigh that much so if we were to just settle for buying only one bottle of 2x Tide in loads 24 to 32 we aren't really using our strength that much which results in not maintaining our strength.

Hey they said they wanted reduce the water and package wouldn't have been better to remove the small 1.47L bottle size 24 to 32 loads out of the market and just keep the 2.95L bottle size 52 to 64 loads?
