Have old psp-1001 but want new slim help?

I have the old psp-1001 it is the first one but i want the new slimline one should i switch if so i would like to know how to swap

somewhere for the lowest price

If you want a new psp I suggest you wait until october because thats when the 3000 line of psp comes out

however if you're planning on using cfw then dont go for the 3000 as of now its speculated to be unhackable

to swap your psp you just go to gamestop or ebgames and ask them to swap, however, you will need to pay them extra since yours is old and used. additionally gamestop a big rip off, the better option would be to sell to someone and then buy a slim psp. You'll still have to pay extra to the store but it wont be as much if you sold it to gamestop
