Have old railroad luggage cart,anyone know how to put it back together, lot of wood missing.?

This might be a tough one.  I would suggest old photos of the type of luggage cart you have.  There are several railroad museums around the country, perhaps they may be able to offer their advice.  There are undoubtedly some of these in private collections.  I know of one sitting in the Dunsmuir Hardware store in Dunsmuir, California.  This is an old Southern Pacific baggage cart  Contact the store and ask to speak with the owner, Ron.  I know he will help if he can.
