  1. No Homeowner's, Tenant's or Condo policy would cover an ATV. Only wheelchairs, scooters for disabled people, lawn mowers and garden tractors and golf carts are the only motorized vehicles that would be covered under this type of policy.

  2. Depends on how the atvs are looked at.  You should have coverage under personal property for theft.   In some states they need to be covered by a seperate policy similary to a motorcycle policy.  If this is on  your property or property to rent you may have some extension for property, It may only be 10% of your total value or $5000.  Talk with your agent to be sure.  You will be subject to your deductible.  Also be sure to file a police report.  This will show that you are acting in good faith.  Good Luck and sorry to hear about your loss.

  3. contact your agent and ask.  i doubt it.  usually they have to be covered under a seperate policy

  4. Most likely not.  Renters and homeowners policies do NOT cover motorized vehicles, except for wheelchairs if you're handicapped.

  5. unless it state that that is not part of what you rent it should and as long as it covers thief

  6. No, they won't be covered. State Farm has a specific policy for 4 wheelers. The only motor vehicles covered are things used to service the property, like a tractor.
