Have seen flashes in my vision for 2 years now..?

Been to every doctor everything checks out fine. Flashes can be dark or bright. Anyone else ever heard of this or know???

GO AN HAVE A DILATED EYE EXAMINATION .....

IT MAY BE RETINAL DETACHMENT??/ NOT ALWAYS BE SAFE

Yep. I already told you what it could be. You need an MRI to see if you have any tumors or lesions growing on your optic nerve. Also get yourself checked for glaucoma. If all of these things turn out fine, go see a chiropractor.

I think I may have the same problem, or maybe a similar one, although I have never seen a doc and unfortunately cannot explain the cause.  I had always atributed the problem to the fact that I got gasoline in my eyes when I was younger, but maybe that wasn't the problem?...  

For me, I see a flash of light that is so fleeting that sometimes I wonder if I really saw it.  It usually occurs in my peripheral vision and moves as I change my line of sight. Does this sound like your problem?  I have a hard time explaining my problem, so I don't know if it is the same thing. It is almost like an 'afterimage'...
