Have the 1943 Batman and Robin serials been released on DVD? Not 1949..?

I was wondering if the 1943 Batman and Robin serials have been released on DVD or not. Also, does anyone know how to rip music from a DVD and put it onto a CD? I want to take the intro from the 1943 serials and put it onto CD so I can play it in the car. (I plan to customize a 40's car into the 40's Batmobile and having the old style intro play from the speakers would be cool to do at car shows)

I remember seeing them available on Super 8 film back in 1977, but probably not for DVD

The1943 serial was released on DVD.  Wal-Mart had both serials for sale a couple of months ago, but I don't know if you can still find them there or not.  If Wal-Mart doesn't have them anymore you can get the 1943 serial at amazon.com.
